Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts (or chicken pieces if preferred)
8 medium potatoes cut in cubes
5 tomatoes, chopped
2 onions, chopped
1 stock cube
salt, pepper
olive oil
Directions:
  1. Layer the chicken, potatoes, tomatoes and onion in a large ovenproof dish.

  2. season with salt and pepper.

  3. crumble a chicken stock cube on top, and finally drizzle over some olive oil.

  4. bake in a preheated oven 200 celcius until slightly browned. make sure the chicken is cooked through.

  5. if you want to eat it the turkish way, serve with pitta bread.
