1 kg cubed lamb
100 gm margarine
600 gm potatoes
300 gm onions
15 spring onions
15 fresh bulbs of garlic
300 gm tomatoes or 1/2 tblsp tomato paste
2 fresh red peppers
1 1/2 cups of water
3 bunches dill
salt and pepper
1 sheet greaseproof paper

Cut the onions in rings,
coarsely chop the spring onions and fresh garlic,
peel and cut the potatoes into four,
dice the tomatoes, dice the red peppers, and chop the dill.
Put all these ingredients, with the margarine. 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper
Bake for 2-2 1/2 hours until the meat is tender.
Serve with pilaf.
